Seasonal Plans Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Seasonal Plans are based on 8 month service and are only recommendations and examples of the type of package we can do for you.  Seasonal plans include discounted prices. Please note that the changeover day below is an example only.  Once a seasonal contract is taken out, any further services are offered at our discounted prices.

Bronze gives you the minimum recommended.  A General Clean and Changeover of linen and towels once a week ready for your next guests.

Silver gives you a General Clean and Changeover once a week with a Full Clean and Changeover every fourth week (or which ever you choose).  Ensuring that all appliances and rooms are brought back to the high standards you want.

When you take out a seasonal contract with us during weeks when the property is vacant we will carry out either Security Inspections and/or further cleaning and airing of the property. Therefore there will never be a week when the property is left unattended.

Extra Changeovers can be ordered providing enough notice is given, normally three to four working days.

It is normal for us to visit the property before the first let and take an inventory and also inspect all appliances are working.
