We only rent the properties we manage. This way we can guarantee standards of accomodation we provide. All our properties carry public liability insurance to guarantee peace of mind for both the owner and the client. All our seasonal or annual contract holders will receive free online advertising, availability calendar and an online e-brochure for their property. |

| We offer services to your clients such as Car Hire and Airport Pickups, Welcome Packs as well as giving them a point of contact should they meet with a problem while on vacation at your property. With all our rentals, meet and greet service comes as standard and included in our charges. This way we can ensure that your clients holiday gets off to the best possible start. | |

We will provide a property guide containing information of the local attractions, supermarkets and shops, as well as a list of useful numbers. We will visit the property immediately after each letting to empty bins, remove rubbish, strip beds and remove dirty linen, check appliances, toilets and outside areas and secure the property. Before next guest arrives we will prepare the property giving it a full clean and will make up beds and leave clean towels and tea towels. * If guests require an extra change of linen during their stay will be charged £20 per change over, this extra service does not include towels and should be pre-booked at the time of booking. |
