| Key Holding - free with annual or seasonal cleaning or security contract. |
| The keys to your property are held in a safe store with no
details written on or near the point of store, they are also coded so bare no identity to the property they belong. They will be made
available to guests only. Guests will require proof of
identification and will be asked for a deposit that will be held until the keys returned.. Keys
can be collected from our office free of charge or delivered to your
property for a nominal fee of €10 (also see meet and greet).
Visitors, tradesmen or deliverys will be met and/or taken to your property under
supervision.
Annual key holding cost only - €100 thats less than €2 per week Tradesman's visits or deliveries (furniture etc) will be charged at €10 for a basic drop off, or €20 per hour if supervision is required while work is carried out. Remember - Key Holding is FREE with any of our annual or seasonal contracts.

| Meet and Greet |
| We will meet your client with the keys to your property,
show them around the villa and explain how to operate air conditioning,
boiler and other utilities within your property. We will advise them
as to the nearest amenities and leisure activities.
