We offer a variety of services to suit your needs, from Full Inspection to Emergency call outs. Our skills in the building, plumbing and electrical industries give us that added advantage over other management services.  We take care of your property like it was our own.  Attention to detail and pride in our work is our forte.  From as little as €250 per year (includes key holding) you can rest in the knowledge that your property is being looked after.

Starter Pack - External and Internal (Monthly visits all year round) €250 per year : - Why not take out our introductory pack which includes one visit each month.  Especially for those who don't need a weekly service but still need someone they can trust to check up on their property.  See 'what's included' in our Full Peace of Mind package below.  We don't compromise on level of service.

Complete Peace of Mind Package - External and Internal (Weekly visits all year round) €620 : -This is our full inspection contract that we highly recommend as a complete peace of mind package.

What's Included: -

• All external doors and windows are inspected to ensure they are secure.
• Gardens, Terraces and Pools are Inspected for any problems.
• Any rubbish accumulated in the Gardens and on Terraces will be cleaned up.
• Alarm systems, where fitted, are seen to be in operation. 
• Property is checked throughout for any sign of damage or potential problems.
• We ensure that all services are in order such as water, electrics, lights, TV and phones. 
• Airing of the property to prevent any condensation build-up.
• Toilets are flushed and water is run in sinks and baths to avoid smells caused by stagnant water.
• Mail when possible is collected and forwarded to the client.
• Evidence of any water leaks or water entering from neighbouring properties are dealt with. 
• Any emergency repairs which put the property at risk would be carried out immediately and owners informed. 
• We will carry out inspections at the earliest possible moments after high winds or bad weather. 
• Monthly reports by email, fax or post.
• Any potential problems or other issues we will contact you immediately by phone, email or fax depending on the nature. Reports are sent monthly via email, fax or post.

Inventory Report - Often useful before property is let.  It is also useful for our cleaning staff who check appliances and kitchen utensils during a changeover. Ensures that any breakages, missing items etc are identified quickly and can be replaced or repaired promptly.   If you take out an annual contract this will come as standard at the start of each contract.

Statements/Reports - If you require a written report or statement after each inspection we will be more than happy to provide one.  Any less urgent matters, which come to light during our inspection, would be reported on our monthly statement supported by recommendations and quotes for their rectification.

Security Checks - Inspection of locks, security systems and alarms are checked and tested to ensure security systems are functioning. We will check and inspect all services during the visit to give you confidence that your property is as you would expect whilst empty. Any vehicle left at the premises will also be checked.  All damage or faults recorded during the visit will be reported immediately to you, with digital photographs when necessary.

Emergency Callout - Should you or your guests require a visit to the property for any reason, we can be in attendance to deal with whatever situation has arisen. This does not include guest requests, which can be made free by calling by telephone, our contact number can be left at the property.

Handy Man Service - Should you need any services regarding plumbing, electrics or odd jobs carrying out we have a handy man service for carrying out the jobs quickly and efficiently. We even do patios, walls, gardening and painting should you need it.
