Since the launch of Spanish Villa Care we have received many enquiries from various property owners on various urbanisations and resorts across parts of southern Spain requesting our services. It is this reason that we are always looking to expand our workforce and hope to become one of the largest property management companies in Spain.

We have a variety of options available to you. If you have a particular skill or simply lots of energy and would enjoy looking after your own portfolio of properties, then please contact us. If you want to take the next step up we have a franchise facility where we will help you create your own web presence, set up your own web site and market your services.

If you are interested in any part of property management from cleaning pools to air conditioning then please contact us. We are especially interested in those of you already living on urbanisations or resorts. We also welcome those who speak some Spanish or German.
