This service is the initial clean after the builders have finished and before you and your furniture arrive.

This service would include: - paint or plaster splashes removed from all surfaces including doors, doorframes, windows etc. Cleaning all floors and work surfaces. Cleaning all cupboards inside and out, wall tiles, kitchen and bathroom, sinks, toilets, baths, shower areas, thoroughly cleaned.  External patio, balcony, solarium and veranda areas can be included.

This service is ideal if you have bought an off plan property and require a full clean service before your furniture and personal belongings are in delivered and fitted. Many building companies charge extra for this service so please contact us to discuss your requirements.  Why waste money and time flying out just to clean your property and then waiting around while your furniture is fitted when we can do it for you.

Internal Only

Includes, Kitchen: - cleaning all cupboards inside/outside and tops, cleaning all floors, surfaces, walls and doors. Living room and Bedrooms: - cleaning and polishing of all cupboards, built in wardrobes, floors and walls. Bathroom: - Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; Scrub and disinfect toilet, Clean and descale bath & shower and shower doors; Clean and decal bathroom sinks; wipe all counters; Clean mirrors.

Internal & External (Patios, Balcony, Solarium etc)
This includes the internal clean mentioned above plus balconies leading from bedrooms.  Veranda leading to front door and Roof top solarium.  For Tulipans this would include Solarium for upper floor and back yard for lower.

Garage (Additional charge for properties with attached garage)

This is additional if the property has this.  The price given is an additional service to the full clean and cannot be purchased separately at this price.

Floor Polishing Service

Floor polishing is a specialist service and prices would have to be worked out on an individual basis.  Some floors will be Marble/Terrazzo and others Ceramic so it is important to get this right.  We can offer a standard buffing, polishing and cleaning service at a very reasonable price.  However, if you require marble polishing, this is a very complex and specialist area and would require an initial consultation.

Report

The report is to give you a detailed room by room checklist of what was cleaned and to highlight any problems we encountered while carrying out the clean, such as dangerous or broken tiles.  This report is signed by the cleaning team leader to verify that work has been done.  Please note that this is not a snagging report and only highlights things that we come across while cleaning that you may already be aware of.

Further Information

We require minimum of 4 hours per ‘after builders’ cleaning visit. Please note our after builders’ cleaning does not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. If this were something you would like to be done please ask.  Our rates are very competitive and very reasonable.

We supply all the equipment and materials so you have no need to worry.

If you are having furniture delivered we would ensure that the moment the clean is complete and has been inspected we would contact your furniture company (details permitting) that the property is ready for occupation.
